Brad Richardson is the founding principal of Ascent Companies with over 18 years of real estate investment, development, and management experience. His track record includes over $3B of transactions and development across almost all asset classes in 23 states. Brad holds a Finance degree from Baylor University and is a third-generation Arizonan.

Partner

Clint Robison brings over 10 years of experience spanning finance, construction management, investments, engineering, and operations. A former Raytheon engineer, Clint built 1,860 units (over $300M) in the Phoenix MSA. At Ascent, Clint oversees development and construction while serving as a licensed KB-1 general contractor.
