Leadership
Brad Richardson
President and Founder
Brad Richardson is the founding principal of ASCENT Companies with over 18 years of real estate investment, development, and management experience. His track record includes over $1B of transactions and development in almost all asset classes including multi-family, land, industrial, retail, medical and luxury residential. Most recently Brad was a partner with a development company responsible for developing and/or acquiring 2000 units, across 8 projects in the Phoenix market.
Brad began his career in working in the development of large luxury golf course resort developments including projects in Hawaii, Scotland, and Arizona, these projects encompassed over 3000 acres. In 2011, Brad lead the growth of a real estate investment company by expanding to the West coast, opening offices in both Los Angeles and Phoenix. From 2011 to 2018, Brad had over $500M in transactions including deals in 22 states.
Brad has a Finance degree from Baylor University. He is a third generation Arizonan and currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife Ashley and three kids. He is highly involved in leadership roles with Phoenix Children’s Hospital and Scottsdale Christian Academy.
Clint Robison
VP of Development, Partner
Clint Robison brings over 10 years of experience in a wide range of areas including finance, construction management, investments, engineering and overall operations. Clint is a former Raytheon Missile Systems engineer, spent the last six years in real estate brokerage, and multifamily construction and development.
Prior to Ascent, Clint was part of a core team who helped build 1860 units (total project costs of over $300M) in Phoenix MSA. Played an integral part of buyout and full construction management over the projects from beginning to end.
At Ascent, Clint oversees the development and construction processes, fine-tuning budgets, underwriting, and evaluating project risks. He is proven and able to overcome project challenges by leveraging experience in all phases of multifamily development and construction. Clint is also a licensed KB-1 general contractor.
